Course 1 – BIBLICAL BASED LEADERSHIP TRAINING called WARRIOR TRAINING CAMP

Warrior Training is a Biblical based leadership development programme which bridges the gap from theoretical to experiential learning and has been designed to unleash participants’ leadership potential by instilling value based decision making, moral values and work ethic; It gives the participants a variety of skills needed for effective team leadership such as introspection; effective communication; small group facilitation; problem solving, value based decision making and team leadership. The one discriminating advantage the Warrior Training programme has over other leadership training programmes is that it equips and empowers young people to become confident leaders through various experiential exercises that reinforces and cements theory into experiential learning. Many of the past participants have become employees of choice by the leadership of their Organisations after participating in one or more Warrior Training events.

Learning and development is incremental in that participants from past Warrior training courses are further developed through the Advanced Leaders course to be mentors on future Warrior training Courses aiding the experiential learning of new participants as well as their own further development. Advanced leaders training has been developed to take participants to the next level.

Course 2   –  BIBILICAL BASED LEADERSHIP TRAINING called ADVANCED LEADERS TRAINING (for those that have completed Warrior Training)

Advanced Leaders training has been developed to take those that have completed Warrior Training to the next level, where each participant will receive individual training and feedback to design his/her personal leadership development plan.  This systematically takes them on the road from conscious incompetence to unconscious competence where they can be confidently competent.

Advanced Leaders’ training is a 2 day (2 nights) customized, outcomes-based leadership and team building adventure programme where each participant receives individual feedback to design his/her personal leadership development plan.  Participants also receive tools that empower them to better understand self and others; advancing good leadership to great leadership!  Those that have completed the Advanced Leaders’ course are considered for mentor and leadership roles on the future Warrior Training courses.

The course dates for Advanced leaders training is still to be advised

On the Ethical Leadership Workshops the mornings are spent giving participants theoretical interactive presentations on Transformational Leadership, Effective Communication, Value Based Decision Making and how to work in Small Groups. In the afternoons participants are divided into groups of six to eight for facilitated experiential exercises where participants are given opportunities to put the newly acquired knowledge into practice – experiencing leading, following and communicating. The exercises are specifically designed to give participants a safe environment where they can practice new skills and abilities.

To ensure maximum personal attention by the facilitators and give each participant optimum development opportunity the workshops are limited to a maximum of 30 participants.
